The aim for this living room was to go for a mid century modern feel, with eclectic touches. This client had a lot of things they wanted to display, a lot of records and a big collection of coffee table books. The large media console brought the mid-century feel and the tone of the wood really warms the room up. We went with a mix of lighting to create some statement pieces and add ambiance to the space. The green sofa was the only thing the customer wanted to keep from their previous furniture pieces, which I think helped create the eclectic vibe we were after, as well as bring in some lovely texture with the corduroy.
